1. Definitions

1.1 Refined Movement: The business as stated in the footer of www.refinedmovement.com.

1.2 Website: www.refinedmovement.com and linked booking systems.

1.3 Participant / Client / Member: Any person who books classes or uses services.

1.4 Studio / Experience Space: The physical location(s) where Refined Movement offers classes.

1.5 Products: All items sold by Refined Movement.

1.6 Subscription: Ongoing membership that is automatically renewed.

1.7 Class Card: Prepaid class credit valid for 1 year from first class.

1.8 Try-Out: Class card valid for 2 weeks from first class and must be fully used within that period.

1.9 Private Classes: Must be used within 2 weeks of the first session.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all services, products and bookings of Refined Movement. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Refined Movement offers the following services:

4. Membership & Validity

4.1 Subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel.

4.2 Cancellation is possible after a minimum term of 3 months, with a notice period of 1 month.

4.3 Class cards are valid for 1 year from the first class.

4.4 Try-Out and private classes are subject to the specific rules as stated on the website.

4.5 Refund Policy

Refunds for unused classes, class cards or subscription fees are not possible, unless legally required. In case of long-term injury or medical reasons, a suitable solution can be sought in consultation. Please contact us at hello@refinedmovement.com.

4.6 Price Changes

Refined Movement reserves the right to adjust prices. Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance by email. Current subscriptions are only adjusted to the new rate at the next renewal period.

5. Cancellation Policy

In case of repeated no-shows, a 3-strike policy may apply, where after three no-shows, further bookings may be temporarily blocked.

8. Personal Property

Refined Movement is not liable for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. Store valuables safely or leave them at home.

For products sold through Refined Movement, the return and warranty policy of the respective supplier applies. Please contact us for questions.

10. Privacy

We only process necessary personal data. We never sell data to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements with Refined Movement. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Utrecht.
