1. Definitions

Refined Movement: The company as listed in the website footer at www.refinedmovement.com.

Website: www.refinedmovement.com and connected booking systems.

Member: Anyone booking or attending classes or purchasing products.

Studio: The physical location(s) where Refined Movement offers classes.

Products: All retail items sold by Refined Movement.

Subscription: Automatically renewing membership.

Class Pack: Prepaid class credits valid for 12 months from first use.

Try-Out: Class pack valid for 2 weeks from first booked class, must be used within that period.

Private Sessions: Must be used within 2 weeks of first session.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all services, products, and bookings from Refined Movement. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

3. Services

Refined Movement offers the following services:

• Reformer Pilates classes (group sessions)
• Private sessions (one-on-one guidance)
• Retail (B2C and B2B) - reformers, grip socks, props, sportswear
• Workshops and events

4. Membership & Validity

4.1 Subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled.

4.2 Cancellation is possible after a minimum term of 3 months, with 1 month notice period.

4.3 Class packs are valid for 12 months from first class.

4.4 Try-Out and private sessions are subject to specific rules as stated on the website.

4.5 No refunds unless legally required.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 8 hours before class start
• Late cancellation: €5 (within 8 hours of class)
• No-show: €10 (without cancellation)

A 3-strike policy may apply for repeated no-shows, where further bookings may be temporarily blocked after three no-shows.

6. Safety Rules

• Grip socks are mandatory for all classes
• All injuries must be reported before every class to the instructor
• No jewelry or sharp items during class
• Equipment must only be used as instructed by the teacher
• Participation is at your own risk

7. Liability

Refined Movement is not liable for:

• Injuries sustained during or after class participation
• Falls or accidents in the studio
• Misuse of equipment
• Aggravation of pre-existing conditions

Exception applies when there is proven negligence on the part of Refined Movement.

8. Personal Property

Refined Movement is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please store valuables safely or leave them at home.

9. Retail

Products sold through Refined Movement are subject to the return and warranty policies of the respective supplier. Please contact us for questions.

10. Privacy

We only process essential personal data. We never sell data to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Governing Law

These terms and all agreements with Refined Movement are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Utrecht district.
