The perfect start with Reformer Pilates
A calm all-level Reformer experience where classic Pilates exercises, breathing and mindful movement take centre stage. Ideal for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals at a calm pace with personal attention.
This class builds a strong foundation for all our other classes. You'll learn the proper technique, breathing and body awareness you need to get the most out of every workout.
Personal guidance, fully tailored
One-on-one guidance, fully tailored to your body and goals. Ideal for injuries, pregnancy, or when you want to achieve faster results with personal attention.
In 45 minutes, you'll work together with an instructor on your specific goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury, want to improve your technique, or simply want extra attention — this class is entirely yours.
Strength and conditioning in an energetic workout
Dynamic Reformer sequences with, for example, the Cardio Tramp for strength, endurance and an energetic feeling. This class combines the precision of Pilates with higher intensity for a serious calorie burn.
An energetic class that gets your heart pumping while you work on strength and conditioning. Dynamic movements, higher intensity and a workout that gives you energy.
Muscle building and definition
A more intense class focused on muscle building and definition. Combine Reformer exercises with extra resistance for maximum results. This class focuses on shaping and strengthening your body.
Through slow, controlled movements with higher resistance, you work on muscle definition and strength. Ideal as a complement to your regular Reformer classes when you're looking for an extra challenge.
Relax. Recover. Reconnect.
A slow, deep experience that takes place entirely on the reformer. This session focuses on release, mobility and calming the nervous system — a moment of softness, awareness and recovery.
We move with intention and stay longer in deep stretches and poses, supported by the Reformer for extra control and comfort. Ideal as a complement to more intense workouts, or simply as a moment for yourself to slow down and breathe.

Your first class at REFINED MOVEMENT
Choose a class that suits you and reserve your spot via our booking system. Arrive 10 minutes before class so we can welcome you.
Our instructor welcomes you, asks about any injuries or points of attention and explains how the reformer works.
50 minutes in which you are fully guided. Every exercise is explained and adapted to your level. Afterwards, there's time for questions.
